These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fonbet platform, including all associated games, betting services, promotional offers, account facilities, payment processing, and customer support services made available at fonbet.cam ("the Platform").

Each individual may hold only one account on the fonbet platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All deposits and withdrawals on the fonbet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fonbet promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

With respect to sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to fonbet's maximum stake limits, which may vary by market and by player account status.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted at fonbet's discretion as in-play wagers. The availability of in-play betting is not guaranteed for all events.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time period specified in the relevant market rules, fonbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Manifest pricing errors — where odds are published due to a technical or human error and are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — will be voided at fonbet's discretion, and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national fixtures, are subject to the governing body's official result. Any result under official review will not be settled until the review is concluded.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing. fonbet does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fonbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one fonbet account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or where you are in a position to influence the outcome of the event.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for any deposit made to your fonbet account without first contacting fonbet's support team.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any software bug, glitch, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.

fonbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fonbet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — including voluntary closure — any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method after all pending verification requirements are met.
